Each bite-sized HIIT-style workout combines short bursts of no-equipment-required exercises that can be done indoors or outside. Another series sees Joe team up with Hey Duggee to break down simple exercises from squats to shadow boxing to teach kids good form from a young age. There’s plenty for teens and adults too.
