Opened in 2008, Moores House is the newest of our retirement estates.
Set in sunny garden grounds and with a beautiful balcony terrace, the estate offers 51 one-bedroom extra care apartments. They are fully self-contained and suitable for single people or couples.
Close to local shops and amenities, there are excellent transport links into the city centre.

Each property features a telecare call system, providing 24-hour access to support and maintenance. Residents can relax and have peace of mind knowing that help is available around the clock and that all maintenance and repairs to their home will be managed by on-site staff.
