We provide a much-needed safe haven and happy community in our five supported-living estates across the UK.
We have built communities where the over 55s can thrive, maintain their health, retain their independence, and get help when needed. With access to the latest smart home technology in our new digitally-enabled properties, our residents are able to fully enjoy the highest quality of life in their later years.
A hidden gem near the heart of London, our Marshall Estate offers 72 charming retirement properties, nestled amongst beautifully landscaped grounds.
Set within beautifully landscaped grounds, the estate offers 84 one-bedroom cottages and 38 one-bedroom extra care apartments. All properties are fully self-contained and are suitable for single people or couples.
Established in 1964, the estate is set amidst ten acres of beautiful grounds and has a vibrant community. Residents can enjoy their retirement and maintain their independence in a safe, secure and worry-free environment.
Our Moores House Estate was opened in 2001 from funding provided by the Moores family and is set in landscaped gardens, situated close to the historic St Mary’s on the Hill Church in Walton Village.
Opened in 2008 from funding provided by the Moores family, Moores House is the newest of our supported living retirement estates.
In recent years Marshall Hall has been used as office accommodation. We have now transformed this magnificent building back to its original use as residential accommodation, providing smart homes for former retail workers.
We were excited to have been selected as a finalist in the supported living category at the 2021 LaingBuisson awards, and delighted that the hard work and dedication of our supported living staff and support staff have been recognised in this way.
“Alexa is like having a helper or a friend. I can just ask her to put my lights on and off, and my heating, which is important, as I tend to feel warm at certain parts of the day. I can video call the staff at the reception area and video call the housing support workers in their office. I can set reminders and I do not find myself disorientated with time of day anymore. I am hoping to be able to do this with my family soon as they are getting an Amazon Echo Show too. As a disabled person it really has helped give me back some control over my life.”

“My mum moved into her bungalow some 22 months ago and all I can say is she has been a changed person. She is free from worries and is just so ecstatic. She loves her life on the estate and at every opportunity she gets, she tells me she is living her best life now!”

I remember that it was 2008 when I met Her Majesty the late Queen. It was very cold and had been snowing.
