Victoria joined the Retail Trust in 2022 and has played a pivotal role in cultivating a positive internal culture and driving employee engagement. Through the launch of impactful people initiatives and team socials, Victoria has helped foster a connected and motivated workforce – contributing to the Trust being named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work for three years running.

Wearing multiple hats, Victoria leads our partnerships and events programme, bringing together voices from across the retail industry to explore key sector challenges. She also supports the executive team in delivering the charity’s strategic vision.

With 14 years of experience heading up event teams at Retail Week and Drapers, Victoria brings deep sector knowledge and a genuine passion for retail.

Outside of work, Victoria is a trained professional organiser, helping families and businesses declutter their spaces to support their mental health.
