At Reveal, he works with retailers and partners to deploy technology that deters abuse, protects colleagues and gives them confidence that incidents are taken seriously and properly evidenced.  He brings an operational and people perspective to the human cost of retail crime, including how preventing incidents and supporting colleagues after an incident shapes wellbeing, retention and happiness.
