Cathal Quinlan is a passionate, people-centred leader with more than 20 years’ experience helping organisations build high-performance cultures and navigate complex workplace challenges.  

Having spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in London and New York leading major transformation initiatives, he later held senior leadership roles at Westpac in Sydney, where he focused on developing leaders, strengthening teams and guiding large-scale organisational change. 

Today, Cathal is the founder of Better@Work and host of the Better@Work podcast, inspired by a simple belief: when work is better, life is better. Through conversations with leading experts and his work as a speaker, coach and adviser, he translates insights from behavioural science, leadership research and real-world experience into practical strategies that help people and organisations thrive.
