Philip has been involved in property for over 30 years, working primarily for different retailers including Boots, Sainsburys and Currys. In January 2020 he set up his own consultancy, BB elements, advising on corporate real estate strategy and property investment. He is currently supporting Halfords Group PLC as their in-house Group Property Director.
