Lesley Exley joined the board of trustees of the Retail Trust in May 2019.
Lesley is the Senior Board Advisor to Inzito Partnership, the specialist executive search company for FTSE 350 chairs, trustees and board appointments.
She established Exley Hervey Search in 2003, focused on finding CEOs & C-Suite executives in retail, luxury, property, arts and culture.
Lesley is also a Director of the Holburne Museum, Bath and an active member of WACL, women in advertising and leadership communications.
Lesley‘s prior career was in international marketing and brand communications, repositioning global and UK brands, holding board positions at Selfridges, Zales Jewellers, Laura Ashley, L’Oréal, Tencel and Courtaulds / Akzo Nobel.
