Rebecca Robins is a founder and CEO working with organisations at the intersection of brand, culture and leadership. She has over 20 years of experience working with leading businesses across the world, such as JLR, LEGO, LVMH and Soneva. She also teaches on leadership programmes at leading business schools and universities, including Cambridge University and Oxford University.
Rebecca is the author of three books, most recently Five Generations at Work, which explores how we can harness the power of generational diversity to create more collaborative and competitive organisations.
Rebecca is an advisor at Quilt.Ai, heralded by The Economist as an ‘AI for good pioneer’ and an advisory board member at the Chartered Management Institute. She is known for her problem solving, collaboration and creativity and for her engaging way of working. Giving back to education is at the beating heart of her purpose, including serving as board trustee at the EY Foundation.
