Global retail director at Reiss
With almost 30 years of retail experience, Luci started this career somewhat by accident, working as a part time sales assistant whilst at college. The passion she felt within the retail environment was immediate and it led her on a professional path to retail and area management roles, then to head of retail and operations, to retail director and finally to the global retail director role at Reiss which she has now held for five years.
Luci is responsible for all mainline stores, outlets and concessions across the global portfolio, with over 200 points of sale, across UK, USA and Europe, the operations and visual merchandising team also sit within Luci’s wider team.
The passion Luci felt almost 30 years ago has never left her and it is this that drives the ambition to continue growing and celebrating bricks and mortar in an ever-increasing digital world, with the simple aim of putting the teams and the customers at the heart of everything she and the business strive to do.
Since its creation in 1971, Reiss has established a design philosophy centred on creating modern menswear, womenswear, accessories and childrenswear that transcends time and trends.
With a London in-house atelier and a design team dedicated to delivering pieces that continuously embody its legacy, Reiss today operates as a modern fashion house, offering attainable-luxury collections of unwavering elegance.
