A former chair and CEO of Nestle UK&I, Fiona joined Nestle in 1980 in the food sector, led Nestle global coffee business for 5 yrs, and became the first female chief executive in 2012.
Having left as chair in 2018, she is now advisor to Newton Europe and Innovative UK, Chair of PWC Public Interest Body, deputy chair of the Institute for Apprenticeship Board.
She was a founder member of the Productivity Leadership Council, a commissioner for employment and skills, and former chair of a new university for engineers.
