Lawrence has joined the Retail Trust from being the head of a small co-ed independent boarding school where he drove significant strategic change across the whole school, raising academic and extra-curricular standards and giving the school a much greater sense of purpose. He has experience and knowledge of overseeing a residential estate from both a customer experience and estate management point of view and is excited to bring this to his role at the Retail Trust.
Lawrence has a passion for the outdoors and spends most of his time in, by or on the sea. Sport has played an important part in his development both personally and professionally, whether participating, spectating or coaching.
