Tracey joined BP in May 2021 as the CEO of Convenience Europe and Southern Africa. Prior to this Tracey was the COO of Boots UK and Ireland having previously spent 17 years at Tesco. Tracey has held a variety of roles in her career and has a breadth of experience across retail operations, convenience retail, change management, strategy and customer service.
Tracey is known for her values led leadership and a genuine focus on people, she is a huge supporter of promoting a diverse workforce and in developing others to achieve their true potential.
Tracey is also mum to two young children and spends all her non-working time with her family and exuberant labradoodle in rural Rutland. Although free time is a rare commodity Tracey enjoys reading, traveling and keeping fit when she can.
