Sarah Willett is chief people officer at The Very Group, which operates online retailer Very.co.uk.
As member of the executive board, she oversees the Group’s entire people agenda. Sarah joined the business in 2009 and played an instrumental role in delivering the organisational change and embedding the purpose and values that supported its transformation in the wide-ranging role of people director. She was previously head of HR at M&S.
