Lucy joined Pets at Home in 2011 as a Solicitor and was promoted to Head of Legal of the Vet Group in 2014.
She left in 2017 to join Arla Foods, the Danish dairy cooperative and one of the largest FMCG business in the UK, as Head of Legal. She returned to Pets at Home in 2019 as Group Legal Director and was appointed to the role of Company Secretary in 2020. Lucy was appointed to the role of Chief Legal Officer in 2022 and took on the interim role of Acting Chief People Officer in 2023.
