Liz is the HR Director of Screwfix and she is committed to fostering a culture of empowerment, trust and autonomy amongst employees.
Prior to this role Liz was the Group Talent & Development Director for Kingfisher and from 2008 to 2011, Liz was HR Director for B&Q. She began her career as a graduate trainee with Marks & Spencer plc. After a period of five years living overseas, Liz held a variety of senior HR roles within the retail sector in such companies as Wickes, Waterstones, Jaeger, TK Maxx and Principles.
