Ian joined The John Lewis Partnership in 2018 having gained over 30 years experience in the retail sector and has held a number of Leadership & operational roles in both John Lewis, Waitrose and Customer Care.
Before Joining John Lewis Ian worked for Clas Ohlson supporting their expansion into new international markets and prior to that senior operational roles in the DIY, leisure and technology sectors.
Ian lives in Horsham with his wife and numerous pets. He and his wife’s passion away from work is motorcycling with them spending most holidays exploring Europe.
