Andy Brown is the Chief People Officer at Frasers Group, a leading global retail company that includes iconic brands such as Sports Direct, House of Fraser, and Flannels.
In his role, Andy oversees the company’s people strategy, ensuring that HR initiatives align with the group’s expansive and dynamic business goals.
Before taking on the CPO position, Andy served as the Group HR Director where he led key transformation projects and worked to modernise the group’s approach to people. His career includes experience in the retail and property sectors, having held HR leadership roles at Evans Cycles, where he helped drive employee engagement, and at Countrywide Plc, where he led HR for a large, geographically dispersed workforce during a significant period of organisational change.
Outside of work, Andy spends much of his time with his family, enjoying exploring the UK and further afield with them, in a desperate attempt to minimise the screen time of his two children.
