CEO, NED and Board Advisor, with 20 years’ experience, Aalish has spent her career leading, operating and advising some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer lifestyle brands, including Soho Home, OKA, Neptune, Cowshed, Sweaty Betty, Soho Skin, The Outnet and The Littleloop.
Aalish specialises in scale-up environments, driving international growth, developing commercial brand and product propositions and transforming organisational design and process.
Originally from the North West, Aalish is now based between London and Hampshire where she lives with her two children and husband, Marcus.
