Our CPD-accredited course has been created to assist participants in recognising what sexual harassment in the workplace looks like, exploring the reasons it can occur and teaching skills to respond as either a target or bystander.

What it covers
By attending this course participants will:
• Understand the definition of sexual harassment and the different forms it can take
• Explore common myths and what the reality of sexual harassment truly is
• Develop skills to manage the difficulties of both having a conversation with a perpetrator and reporting sexual harassment
• Learn what to do as a bystander to sexual harassment
