What it covers

Our online course, in partnership with Sensormatic Solutions, gives participants the skills to be able to better cope with the increasing number of challenging situations that take place in-store, and how to maintain the psychological and emotional safety of frontline colleagues.

By attending this course, participants will discover:

• The top safety issues colleagues face day-to-day.

• Why and how situations can escalate in-store and tips for safely de-escalating them.

• The foundations of psychological first aid – know how and when to use it to help colleagues recover from challenging situations.

• The importance of debriefing post-event and understand what kind of support is available after an incident.
